Refund policy
KAYEL – RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Kayel, we hope you love every piece you receive. Since most of our products are made in limited quantities, we request you to read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
Size Exchanges
• In case of a size issue, we’ll be happy to assist with an exchange, subject to product availability.
• Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• A nominal exchange shipping fee of ₹200 will apply to cover the return pickup and reshipping of the new size.
• The product must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
• Once the original piece reaches us and passes the quality check, the exchanged size will be dispatched.
• Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
Returns & Store Credit
• We do not offer refunds to the original payment method for sizing issues or change of mind.
• Approved returns will be issued as store credit equivalent to the product value.
• Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website.
• Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Non-Returnable Items
• Sarees with fall/pico done, customised products, discounted items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged / Incorrect Products
• In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images and an unboxing video.
• After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Please Note
• Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
• Minor irregularities in handloom fabrics, prints, or handcrafted textiles are part of the beauty of handmade products and should not be considered defects.
