Shipping Within India
• We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
• Complimentary shipping is applicable only for the initial dispatch of an order.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days of order confirmation.
• Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Once shipped, orders typically reach within 3–7 working days depending on the delivery location.
• A tracking link will be shared via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.
Exchanges & Reshipping
As per our exchange policy,.
• In case of size exchanges, reshipping requests, or return-to-origin (RTO) shipments, a small exchange shipping fee of ₹200 will apply to cover the return pickup and reshipping of the new size.
• Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
Cash on Delivery
• Please note: We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
• All orders must be prepaid through the secure payment options available on our website.
Local Pickup – Mysore
• We offer a local pickup option from our store in Mysore.
• If you’d like to collect your order in person, simply choose the “Pickup” option during checkout. We’ll notify you once your order is ready for collection. Packaging

• If you’re placing a gift order, let us know — we’d be happy to add a special touch. Delays
• Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to weather conditions, logistics issues, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.
• We’ll always do our best to keep you informed and ensure a smooth delivery experience.
Address & Order Accuracy
• Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly while placing the order.
• Orders once dispatched cannot be modified or cancelled.
International Shipping
• We currently do not offer international shipping directly through the website.
